The Get Fit in 6 Challenge

In this challenge you are going to be provided with all the tools you need to elevate your fitness goals, gain accountability and to be surrounded in an uplifting group that can give you additional support towards your goals.

How the Challenge works.

The challenge will begin 04/14/24 last day to sign up 04/12/24

All applicants will need to have filled out a questionnaire form prior to the challenge starting. This will be completed right after you purchase the program and is required. This intake form will allow for me to customize your macros towards your goals and your program is developed based upon your answers on this questionnaire form. You will receive personalized cardio as well based upon this form which you will receive once the program starts.

Check ins

There will be one private check in about 3 weeks into the program. At your check in there will be a 72 hour response time.

This program does not include check ins on a weekly basis that is only for my one on one coaching clients where you can contact me via email for more details

At your check in your macros and cardio may be adjusted if needed to progress you. Alongside with answering any personal questions and concerns via email. All the challenge participates receive a goal log sheet to submit to me at these check ins.

This log sheet also allows for you to track your progress daily keep track of your macros and training on the daily and see the trends in your progress. Progress pictures will be assessed at your week 3 check in . Progress pictures will not be used for Nicole Ferrier fitness marketing too unless approved by you as the client

What you will Receive

You will receive a Welcome Guide which will explain to you how the challenge works, tracking tips, cardio guidance, check in protocols and fit tips to help clear up some common questions/ misconceptions with training and nutrition.

You will be provided with two workout splits (routines)

One at home and one in gym based workouts. The at home workouts you will need a set of dumbbells and long loop bands. Email me for more info on this.

The at home workout splits is a 4x a week workout split that will target your whole body.

The workout split that will keep you progressing throughout the 6 Weeks. This workout is a 4 day weight training split which puts and emphasis on the shoulders, glutes, legs and core. If you need modifications for the workout you can always reach out in the FB community and get substitute exercises.

A grocery list guide will be provided to you to help you stock up with whole foods.

that is split up by macro type.

You will have food recommendations based on carbs, proteins and fats.

Ab Guide with 6 routines total.

Access into the private Facebook group. In the group is exercise tutorials, recipe ideas and some of the other Nicole Ferrier Fitness ladies.

The Facebook Group is Where we will mainly communicate.

I will appear in this group and answer your questions daily. In the group I will help keep you motivated by giving you mental challenges to overcome. Such as goal setting, trying new foods and even taking a gym accountability selfie. Not only that! You will have a community of over 1000 men and women who are here to support you and your fitness goals.

Challengers are not required to post in the Facebook group but it is highly encouraged.

This program is great for you regardless of your fitness level. You will be set up for a fit and fun next six weeks! All challengers will always have access in the Facebook group after the challenge concludes. Therefore, if you are losing motivation throughout the rest of the year you can always seek the Facebook group for added motivation and fit tips.

This program does NOT include weekly check ins. There is only ONE check in during the total 6 week challenge. There are no refunds after the challenge is purchased
